Returns & Replacements

Returning Goods

• No goods will be accepted unless in the original condition. It is your responsibility to pack the items to be returned securely.
• Please contact us to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number BEFORE returning any goods. Goods without a Returns Authorisation Number will not be refunded.
• Refunds for goods surplus to requirements (beyond the 30 day period) will be at the discretion of Fusion Electrical Supplies Limited.
• We are unable to refund any products which have been specially ordered.

Faulty Goods

• Goods must be returned within the manufacturers warranty period (normally 1 year)
• In most situations, we will need the entire product returned. Please let us know if your wish is to return only part of a product
• The customer shall bear all the costs of returning an item and/or having a replacement delivered to them.
• Products with a manufacturers warranty will be replaced, repaired or refunded at our discretion.

Fusion Electrical Supplies cannot accept liability for consequential or indirect loss as a result of faulty goods.
